Your Neighbourhood Credit Union Presents Cheque to Campaign
Representative from Your Neighbourhood Credit Union presented a cheque in the amount of $5,000 to the Twin Pad capital campaign.

(Paris, ON) Representative from Your Neighbourhood Credit Union presented a cheque in the amount of $5,000 to the Twin Pad capital campaign.
"The campaign committee presented us with a very nice proposal that showed the importance of this project to the County of Brant," said Kate Neff, Vice President of Member Services and Marketing. "Your Neighbourhood Credit Union wants to be a part of people's everyday lives and be seen as a part of this community."
On accepting the donation, Councillor Murray Powell commented, "We appreciate this donation from Your Neighbourhood. It is wonderful that the Paris branch supported this project and that the kids in the area will benefit from their gift."
Your Neighbourhood Credit Union, a Kitchener based company, has a long history in the area and currently serves 29,000 members. With two branches in Burford and one in Paris, they offer a full spectrum of financial services.
The Twin Pad Complex will be a welcome addition to sports facilities in the County of Brant and to people who are concerned with the welfare of youth.
Construction began in August 2009 and is scheduled from completion in fall 2010.
"We are looking forward to the completion of the complex and seeing people getting out and enjoying it," adds Neff.
